Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests upon arrival, manage seating arrangements, and efficiently handle waiting times.
Ensure guests are seated promptly and comfortably, enhancing their dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to the correct tables.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas.
Provide menus, answer guests' questions regarding menu items, and liaise with kitchen staff as needed.
Adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment, upholding a positive demeanor and exceptional customer service.
